About this Product

The ELECFREAKS CM4 XGO-lite V2 is an advanced desktop-level quadruped AI robot dog designed for robotics research, STEM education, and AI edge computing applications. Built around the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 (CM4) upper controller and an ESP32-WROVER motion driver board, it features 15 degrees of freedom (12 active leg joints and a 3-axis flexible robotic arm with a end gripper). Constructed with an anodized 1mm aviation aluminum frame and durable ABS limbs, the XGO-lite V2 integrates a 6-axis MPU6050 IMU for real-time posture self-stabilization and omnidirectional kinematic decoupling control. It comes equipped with a 2.0-inch full-color IPS display, 4 programmable buttons, a 5MP camera, dual MEMS digital microphones, and an 8Ω 3W speaker. The robot natively supports computer vision tasks (such as face recognition, gesture control, color/shape tracking, and QR code reading), voice recognition, model training, and programming via MicroBlocks/MakeCode or Python.

Features

15 Degrees of Freedom (15 DOF): 12 leg joints for 6-dimensional body posture control and omnidirectional movement, plus a 3-DOF back-mounted robotic arm with an end gripper.
Dual Processor Architecture: High-performance Raspberry Pi CM4 for AI edge computing and machine vision, paired with an ESP32 dual-core driver board for real-time kinematics and servo control.
Onboard AI Interaction Terminal: Integrated 2.0-inch IPS LCD screen (320x240 pixels), 5MP OV5647 camera, dual digital MEMS microphones, and an 8Ω 3W speaker.
Precision TTL Serial Bus Servos: 2.3 kg·cm torque metal-gear dual-axis servos providing real-time feedback on position, speed, voltage, load, and temperature.
6-Axis IMU Self-Stabilization: MPU6050 gyroscope with real-time feedback algorithms maintains body balance across uneven surfaces and dynamic motion.
Advanced Vision & AI Capabilities: Supports face recognition, body tracking, gesture control, mask detection, color/shape identification, and AI model deployment.
Multi-Language Programming: Programmable via MakeCode / MicroBlocks block coding, Python (via xgolib, xgoedu, xgoadvance libraries), and ROS.
