About this Product
The micro:bit XGO-Rider is a palm-sized, programmable bipedal robot designed for STEM education, robotics learning, and entertainment. It combines wheel-driven agility with jointed-leg movement using 4.5kg.cm all-metal magnetic encoder serial bus servos for leg joints and high-efficiency FOC (Field Oriented Control) outer-rotor brushless hub motors for the drive wheels. Powered by an ESP32 lower controller, the XGO-Rider integrates a 6-axis IMU sensor to maintain real-time self-balancing and terrain adaptability. The driver board features onboard Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a Type-C fast-charging port, and DIP switches. It fully supports graphical programming via MakeCode and MicroBlocks, Python scripting, and mobile app control via Bluetooth, making it a versatile platform for exploring robotics kinematics and wireless control.
